1. Are they child friendly and is there an age restriction?
The hot tub requires adult supervision at all times and children under the age of 4 should not use the hot tub.

2. Do I have to collect the hot tub in person?
No, we deliver the tub, leaving it in a “ready to use once hot enough” status. We also give a complete verbal guide on the usage of the equipment and will answer any questions or queries you may have before we leave. This will make you feel confident and completely at ease with managing your enjoyable days ahead. The last thing we want is for you to feel abandoned so we will also leave you with an all-day help phone number with the offer of assistance in the unlikely event that you may need it.

3. What is the minimum hire period?
Minimum hire period is four days, although our week hire period is the most popular as the majority of our customers want this luxurious and fun experience to last as long as possible.

4. Do you deliver to my area?
Our deliveries covers all of Cumbria and parts of Lancashire and Yorkshire. Please do not hesitate to contact us with your location and we can tell you immediately if we can accommodate your requirements. A small delivery fee maybe applicable depending on location.

5. How many people can the hot tub accommodate?
The medium hot tubs can hold six adults and the large hot tubs can hold eight adults.

6. How long will it take for the hot tubs to reach suitable temperature?
The hot tubs take between 8 and 14 hours depending on outside temperatures with cold water.

7. How much space will I need?
You will need a space of about 7 feet wide by about 8 feet long to site the tub.

8. Where can I have the hot tub installed?
For the best experience we recommend an outside location it must be a flat area that is free of sharp objects. We can install indoors but we strongly recommend a structurally sound area that is very well ventilated. Remember the area surrounding the hot tub will get wet, so please bear this in mind.

9. How do you fill the hot tub?
We will fill the hot tub using your cold or warm water mains.

10. How much will it cost to run?
This will depend on the outside air temperature and your choice of heat setting, but with appropriate use of the very efficient thermal cover this can be as little as £1.00 a day once heated up.

11. How does the hot tub maintain its temperature?
In order to maintain a constant temperature the hot tub needs to be connected to an electric supply. The very efficient heater will regulate the temperature, this will be aided by the thermal cover provided.

12. What about the electrical safety?
The hot tub is supplied with a residual safety device (RCD), for your comfort and safety.

13. How do we check the water quality?
For your convenience we issue a full set of written instructions along with chemicals.

14. Do we need any special plumbing or electrical requirements?
No. All you need is a standard cold water tap, and our specially designed filling process will do the rest. The electric supply required will need to be no more than 6 metres (approx), away.

15. What water temperature will the hot tub get up to?
The tubs are designed to get up to a temperature of 40 degrees. The most popular temperatures are between about 36 to 38 degrees but this varies according to the preferences of the customer.
