Damage to the tubs
The hot tubs that we offer are strong, resilient and perfect for hires. In spite of this we respectfully ask that you take good care of them whilst they are in your possession. We deliver the hot tubs in outstanding condition however we recommend that you check over the spa before use and report any damage that you identify immediately. You must take the time to do this as it is stated in your contract that the tub is be collected in immaculate condition after use. The lids are very delicate and we require that when the spa is in use it be placed out of the way in a location safe so it cannot be trodden on or damaged. Any damage caused by gross misuse will be billed accordingly. If the customer does not pay for damage or theft willingly then we will pursue for lost moneys in a small claims court. If it has to lead to this stage we will also claim for lost hire time.
